I won a prize!

Here’s the painting in situ Pemberton.

I was so happy to hear that I won the 'Anonymous Award' at the Pemberton Art Prize. The theme was Horizon.

“Congratulations on receiving the $250 Anonymous Award.  Judge Julian Bowron's comment:

"A peaceful image of the sailor looking out across the water, which captures the viewer in the moment.  The red-pink of the foreground and blue of the sea are beautifully painted."
